Naudy is a luxury fashion brand founded in 2021. It started with me just trying to fix an issue I had with a wallet I used everyday and had spent good money on. Everytime I would go to grab a card I would hurt myself or not be able to retrieve my cards with ease. SO I made my first hand stitched wallet and meticulously refined the pocketing system making sure I would never have that issue again. Guess what… It was so good I still use the same pocket system almost 3 years later. 

With help from the late Virgil Abloh I lost sight of acquiring other great art pieces like that of Louis Vuitton and Hermes, and acquired the love of creating a line of leather goods that were symbiotic with the human experience. Hearing quotes of Virgil’s perspective on creating what you couldn’t necessarily afford I wound up creating beautiful pieces that would improve my life and the lives of the others that were close to me, providing a user savvy, luxury wearable product. I managed to do this while maintaining the beauty of the leathers I had sourced. 

I researched for months before and during this journey to find exquisite leather that would move with and around the person using them. I landed on sourcing my leather from Italy for its qualities. I then set my sights on building a whole collection after starting to understand not only the sourcing of materials and the general construction. 

Before building a collection I had to decide a strategy on how we were going to build and release products. We decided to release a made to order collection to protect the integrity of the products released. We also limited all of the items in the collection to less than 20 pieces made throughout the entire collection’s release. Why??? To make the owners of the collection feel as if they own something that is extremely limited, while being able to maintain the high quality standards expected of each and every piece. 

Naudy is just a couple people who came together to recreate something from the past as we try to slow down the world. We focus on creating quality long lasting pieces, we sustainably create by sourcing only as much as we need to create our limited collections, we focus on you and your input as users to create an ethereal human experience symbiotic with your body and your style. WE ARE NAUDY AND WE ARE HERE.
